10. Ordinance / First Reading / Introduction:

#05-18 - An Ordinance to delete Adams Lane from the General Traffic Regulations as a designated truck route

within the Township of North Brunswick in conformance with Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New

Jersey and the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for streets and highways.

#05-19 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 276, “Sewers”, by creating a new Article III,

“Separate Storm Water Sewer System” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to comply

with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulations regarding stormwater

collection and illicit connections.

#05-20 - An Ordinance creating a new Chapter 388 entitled “Pet Waste” of the Code of the Township of North

Brunswick to establish standards for proper disposal of pet solid waste throughout the Township of

North Brunswick.

#05-21 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 216, “Littering”, Sections 216-1 “Definitions”

and 216-2 “Littering Prohibited” to comply with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection

regulations and amending and supplementing Chapter 216 “Littering, Section 216-9 “Sweeping litter into

gutters and streets” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to eliminate conflicting regulations

regarding sweeping and removal of leaves.

#05-22 - An Ordinance creating a new Chapter 353 entitled “Wildlife Feeding” of the Code of the Township of

North Brunswick to prohibit the feeding of unconfined wildlife in any public park or property owned,

controlled or operated by the Township of North Brunswick.

#05-13 – An Ordinance of the Township Council of North Brunswick amending and fixing the salary and

wages for various officials and employees of the Township of North Brunswick and providing for the

manner of payment thereof.

#05-14 – An Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of six (6) permanent easements over and through

portions of Cordelia Street, Excelsior Avenue and U.S. Route 1 as part of the 2005 Roadway Improvement

Project in the Township of North Brunswick, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey
