#05-06 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter
243 “Property Maintenance”, Article II “General
Provisions”, Sub-section 243-31(A)(14) “Motor
Vehicles for sale” of the Code of the Township of North
Brunswick to regulate the locations of motor vehicles for
sale in residential zones and amending and supplementing Section
243-31 “Minimum Maintenance Standards Provisions”
of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick by adding a
new sub-section 243-31(A)(15) “Stream Maintenance”
and a new Sub-Section 243-31(A)(16) “Sump Pump Discharges”
and amending Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions”,
Sub-Section 243-32(F) to provide that abatement for violations
under this Chapter shall constitute a lien against the Violator’s
property.
#05-07 – An
Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 205 “Land
Use”, Article IV “General Regulations”,
Section 205-15 “Prohibition on removal of trees”
of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to provide
for tree removal regulations consistent with the Stream maintenance
Provisions of the Property Maintenance Code of the Township
of North Brunswick.
