9.         Ordinance / First Reading / Introduction:

            #06-07 – Bond Ordinance providing for Capital Improvements for and by the Township of North Brunswick,

            in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $420,000 therefor and             authorizing the issuance of $399,000 in Bonds or Notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

           

10.        Ordinance / Second Reading / Public Hearing:

            #06-06 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 1 “General Provisions,” Article I “Adoption of

            Code by Township Committee,” Section 1-14 “Changes in previously adopted ordinances” of the Code of the

            Township of North Brunswick to increase the maximum penalties for Code violations to $2000.00 and to allow

            for the imposition of a fine pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-5, as amended.

 

            #06-08 – An Ordinance authorizing the assumption of a mortgage on an affordable housing unit located

            at 43 Brighton Way, Township of North Brunswick, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey in order to

            preserve the number of affordable housing units within the Township of North Brunswick.
