	#05-06 AMENDED – #05-06 AMENDED – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 243 “Property Maintenance”, Article II “General Provisions”, Sub-section 243-31(A)(14) “Motor Vehicles for sale” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to regulate the locations of motor vehicles for sale in residential zonesand amending and supplementing Section 243-31 “Minimum Maintenance Standards Provisions” ofthe Code of the Township of North Brunswick by adding a new sub-section 243-31(A)(15) “StreamMaintenance” and a new Sub-Section 243-31(A)(16) “Sump Pump Discharges” and amending Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions”, Sub-Section 243-32(F) to provide that abatement for violationsunder this Chapter shall constitute a lien against the Violator’s property. .
