#04-13 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 254 “Public Records”, Article II “Fees for Copies”, Section 254-3 “Certified Copies of Vital Statistics” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to provide for certificates of Domestic Partnership, to increase fees for copies of Vital Records and to increase fees for corrections to original certificates.

#04-14 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 243 “Property Maintenance”, Article II “General Provisions”, Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick by deleting Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” in its entirety and replacing such section With a new 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” and by amending and supplementing Section 243-33 “Violations and Penalties” to increase the maximum penalties therefore.

#04-15 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 106 “Alcoholic Beverages”, Section 106-5 “Number of Licenses Restricted” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to provide for one additional Plenary Retail Distribution License.
