#04-14 – An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 243 “Property Maintenance”, Article II “General Provisions”, Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick by deleting Section 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” in its entirety and replacing such Section with a new 243-32 “Enforcement Provisions” and by amending and supplementing Section 243-33 “Violations and Penalties” to increase the maximum penalties therefor
