8.         Ordinance / First Reading / Introduction:

            #05-13 – An Ordinance of the Township Council of North Brunswick amending and fixing the salary and

            wages for various officials and employees of the Township of North Brunswick and providing for the

            manner of payment thereof.

 

            #05-14 – An Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of six (6) permanent easements over and through

            portions of Cordelia Street, Excelsior Avenue and U.S. Route 1 as part of the 2005 Roadway Improvement

            Project in the Township of North Brunswick, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey

 

            #05-15 – Bond Ordinance providing for Capital Improvements, in, by and for the Township of North

            Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $2,940,000

            therefor and authorizing the issuance of $2,793,000 in aggregate principal amount of bonds or notes of

            the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

 

            #05-16 – Bond Ordinance authorizing improvements to the Water Distribution System in, by and for the

            Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating an aggregate

            amount of $2,000,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $2,000,000 in aggregate

            principal amount of bonds or notes to finance part of the cost thereof.

 

            #05-17 – Bond Ordinance authorizing improvements to the Sanitary Sewerage System in, by and for the

            Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating an aggregate amount

            of $1,000,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of not to exceeding $1,000,000 in aggregate principal

            amount of bonds or notes to finance part of the cost thereof.

 

9.         Ordinance / Second Reading / Public Hearing:

            #05-11 – An Ordinance to amend the General Traffic Regulations within the Township of North Brunswick

            making the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 with various traffic regulations applicable to Oak Leaf Village

            and regulating the use of said roadways, streets, driveways and parking lots by motor vehicles

 

#05-12 – An Ordinance to exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to establish a Cap Bank
