#04-26 - Bond Ordinance providing for improvements to develop recreation fields known as the “Otken Farm” on the tax map as Blocks 148 Lot 103 and Lot 41.1 located on the State Highway Route 130 for and by the Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, NJ, appropriating $8,500,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $8,095,000 in Bonds and Notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

#04-27 - Bond Ordinance providing for a Document Imaging and Retrieval System for the Department of Community Development for and by the Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, NJ, appropriating $360,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $300,000 in Bonds and Notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

#04-28 - Bond Ordinance providing for Capital Improvements for and by the Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $2,590,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $2,460,000 in Bond and Notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

#04-29 – An Ordinance making the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 with various traffic regulations applicable to Georgetown Apartments and regulating the use of said roadways, streets, driveways and parking lots by motor vehicles.

#04-30 – An Ordinance making the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 with various traffic regulations applicable to Oak Leaf Village and regulating the use of said roadways, streets, driveways and parking lots by motor vehicles.

#04-31 – An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance to establish parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets.

#04-32 – An Ordinance to accept the dedication of certain lands within the Township of North Brunswick, New Jersey (Block 227-3, Lot 27 Tall Oaks Drive)
