4. Resolution authorizing the renewal of a portion of the Township’s $14,000,000 Bond

sum of $17,500,000 authorized by seven Bond Ordinances heretofore adopted to finance
various Capital Improvements in, by and for the Township of North Brunswick, County
of Middlesex, New Jersey, and providing for other details of said issue.

Ordinance – Amending and supplementing Chapter 243 “Property Maintenance,” Article II “General Provisions,” Section 243-31 “Minimum Maintenance Standards Provisions,” Sub-section 243-31 (A)(13) of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick to prohibit the picking-up and dropping off of trailers and containers and amending Chapter 243 “Property Maintenance,” Article II “General Provisions,” Section 243-31 “Minimum Maintenance Standards Provision,” Sub-section 243-32(A) “Enforcement” to provide for the concurrent enforcement of Sub-section 243-31(A)(13) by the Department of Public Safety and the Department of Community Affairs
