#05-26 Refunding Bond Ordinance of the Township of North Brunswick, State of New Jersey

(The Township) providing for the refunding of all or a portion of the Township’s outstanding

General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 1996, and General Improvement Bonds, Series 2000,

authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $5,450,000 aggregate principal amount of refunding bonds

of the Township to effect such refunding, and appropriating the proceeds thereof.

 

#05-34 - An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 205 “Land Use,” Article XXVIII “Site Plan

            Review,” Sub-section 205-110(A) “Applications” Article XXXI, “Land Subdivision Procedures,”

            Sub-section 205-132.11 “Final Plat Requirements” and Article XXXII “Improvements; Site

            Maintenance; Assignment of Contractors,” Sub-section 205-133.4 “Inspections: Payment to

            Contractors; Acceptance of Public Improvements” and subsection 205-133.6 “Performance

            Guaranty; Public and Private Site Work Improvements” of the Code of the Township of North

            Brunswick to incorporate GIS Digital Data Requirements

 

#05-35 - An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 205 "Land Use", Article IV "General Regulations" of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick by deleting section 205-32 "Display of Goods Restricted" in its entirety
