# 04-33 – An Ordinance to amend Chapter 205 to create a Planned Adult Community

#04-34 – An Ordinance authorizing amendment to Chapter 276 and 352 of the Township Code pertaining to water and sewer rates and services. Summary of purpose: The proposed ordinance defers a water and sewer rate increase for six months. The pertinent section of the Township Code currently has a rate increase scheduled for January 1, 2005, and each successive January until 2015. The ordinance, if adopted, would defer the increase to July 1, 2005 and each successive July until 2015.

#04-26 - Bond Ordinance providing for improvements to develop recreation fields known as the “Otken Farm” on the tax map as Blocks 148 Lot 103 and Lot 41.1 located on the State Highway Route 130 for and by the Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, NJ, appropriating $8,500,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $8,095,000 in Bonds and Notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.
