MEMO TO:     RESIDENTS OF SECOND AVENUE

DATE:             June 11, 2007

SUBJECT:   2007 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
                        TOWNSHIP OF NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ
                        OUR FILE NO. PNO-00631.04

As you are aware, the Township of North Brunswick has commenced the improvements to Second Avenue.

We are pleased to advise the Residents of Second Ave. that milling of the existing top layer of the asphalt road is scheduled for Thursday June 14, 2007. This Work will be completed on the same day, but it is weather dependent. If weather prohibits the work on Thursday, then it will be performed on Friday June 15, 2007. . Stilo Excavating Inc. of South Plainfield, NJ has been retained by the Township of North Brunswick to construct the project.

The milling work will also include Center St. between Second and Third.

In order that the work proceed, it is critically important that all cars be removed from the work area. You will have limited access to your driveway during this operation, and we ask that all cars be kept off the street to avoid interfering with the milling operation.

Cars left on the street will be towed at the car owner’s expense.

The Township of North Brunswick and Stilo Excavating will perform the work to try and minimize the inconvenience during construction. CME Associates, representing North Brunswick Township, and Stilo Excavating will have representatives in the area while the work takes place. If you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to approach one of these representatives or contact Mr. Dave Coats of CME Associates at 732-727-8000.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation during these improvements.

As a reminder, please keep vehicles off the streets while this work is proceeding
