materials in this application package.
- Determine if your income exceeds the maximum income allowed.
One Person maximum income is $ 40,620.00 Two Person maximum income is $ 46,440.00
*Home funds income limits designation is applicable under special circumstances.

If your income falls
below $14,715 for an A unit and $17,303 for a B unit, you will
require a co-signor. It will be necessary for a co-signor to
complete an application and provide required documentation of
income, such as a recent tax return and pay stub. A co-signor
should live in New Jersey and own a home.
There is a $15.00 non-refundable credit processing fee for all
co-signors.

Begin to gather
required documents, such as tax returns, current bank statements,
social security award letter, pension statements, wages and
all other applicable income. You will be asked for these documents
at a later date, when we are closer to your name on the waiting
list. When an apartment becomes available, you will be asked
to submit a non-refundable deposit of $250.00, which will be
applied to your 1 months security deposit.

Attach a check made
payable to PRC Management, Inc. for the credit processing fee
of $15.00 for an individual or $25.00 for a couple. This is
a non-refundable fee.
