- All apartments are one bedroom units with a combined living room/dining room and a contemporary kitchen and bath. The standard size units (A)rent for $733.00 per month, with heat and hot water included and areapproximately 600 sq. ft. The larger units (B) with eat-in kitchens and walk-inclosets rent for $864.00 per month and are approximately 680 sq. ft.
- There is a large double closet in the bedroom, a spacious coat closet in the foyer and a large linen closet in the bathroom.
- On the first floor, a large community room with a kitchenette, opens to a beautifully landscaped courtyard, with picnic tables in the summer.
- Washers and dryers are conveniently located in laundry rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
- A cozy lounge area/card playing room is located on the 3rd floor.
- There is an emergency notification system in each apartment in the event of a medical emergency.
- Security cameras covering all entrances, the lobby and the parking area are monitored by the North Brunswick Police Department.
