The Township of North Brunswick would like to thank residents for their cooperation during any township storm. 

Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street, no vehicle shall be parked on either side of a street designated a "Snow Emergency Street," this remains in effect after the snow has ceased, until the streets have been plowed sufficiently.  Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this may be towed at the owners expense.

             Wood Avenue -- Route 130 to the gate
             Aaron Road

             Willowbrook Drive
             Axel Avenue
             Huron Road
             Woodland Avenue from Jerome to end at Stevens Street

Please remember  North Brunswick Township Ordinance 287-2. mandates that the owner or occupant or person having charge of each and every dwelling house, store or other building or lot or lots of ground fronting on any street or highway in said township that is or may be graded, curbed and flagged shall, within 12 hours after daylight after and such sidewalk is covered with snow or ice, cause the same to be removed from such sidewalk, and if the same cannot be wholly removed from sidewalks, shall sprinkle thereon sand or other proper substance so that the sidewalk shall be safe for travel.

Remember for the safety of all, please do not play on snow banks due to the continuous plowing that will occur and help our plowing efforts by not shoveling snow into the street when cleaning your driveway or sidewalks.
